Free 90-Day Returns

To provide you a happy shopping experience, we offer a free 90-day no-questions-asked return policy on most our items in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your item or you just change your mind, return it for a refund within 90 days from the date of purchase. You don't need to pay for return shipping fee.

A few items can't be returned, including:
  • Discounted items, including clearance (unless damaged or defective or wrong item)
  • Items with issues caused by human factors
  • Gift cards
Return Requirements
  • All items must be in the new condition and original packaging
  • We do not accept the item without proper returns requests
  • You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. (we will not accept requests that exceed the valid period)

Refunds

The returned item will be inspected immediately once it is back at our warehouse. If it is in the new condition and original packaging, we will issue the refund to your original payment method and you will typically receive the refund within 7-14 business days (in some cases, 20 business days) following receipt of the return items.
Notes
  • We don't support exchanges.
  • The first return on each order is free. If there is a free return label of the order and you haven't used, at the same time, you request another return again for the same order, then you need pay for the return shipping fee for new application.
  • If there is any issues with products caused by non-human factors, including damaged and defective, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. To avoid your request being rejected, we recommend inspecting the item as soon as you received it.
  • To avoid being unable to return, we recommend storing the bag or box in somewhere until you are satisfied with the item.
  • We are not able to cancel the order if the item has already shipped. If you want to get a refund, you can return the item when you receive it.
  • We will accept the request to cancel order before your item ships and you will get the refund in your original payment method within 24 hours following your request is approved.
